Here's a detailed description: Admin Interface - Password protected - Create Project function - this will allow the admin to create a new projects - Upload files to projects - Create user profiles and link the to one or more projects - Download files User Interface - Password protected (the user will receive his user name and password from admin; user will not be able to create account) - List of projects and downloadable docs assigned to his account - Download files from his account
