104462 HTML, CSS, PHP help

I need someone to help me: - Integrate a News script (free or home made script) - Integrate a Events script (same as the news script) - Integrate a Guestbook script - Integrate a Poll script You can see the new design here - [login to view URL] The main thing is that all the links(news links, button links, ...) will have to open in the "main window" (you can see where the main window is on the link i posted). This project will have to be finished till the end of the year or maximum till the 10th of January 2007. This is a short project description(I hope i was clear enough) and more info will be given when i chose one of you. We can discuss the budget issue too. Money is not a problem.
