Need a platform in which i can add torrent files, and what the app should do is get all the IP addresses which downloads that specific file. All the connected seeds/peers IP address. I need to get all the IP addresses which downloads that specific file. And the app should monitor the torrent until it's removed from the web app. The app should monitor and catch all the seeders + peers. If any can do this project then do let me know.
