I own a property management company. ? My website, [login to view URL] looks pretty good but has a few cosmetic changes I would like to make to it. ? I am running a theme (RealEstate2) that I purchased from ThemeForest on the site. ? I also use a cloud based property management system to 'run' my business. I received a quote from a local programmer (Orlando) who was about to start work on this when some personal matters arose in her life and she was unable to begin.? ## Deliverables 1 For 'Tenants', 'Clients' and 'Apply' menu items and twitter account link open in new window/tab 2 Create additional labels to put on listings (similar to 'Featured Listing' on main page - probably somewhere around 5 new labels 3 Create listings page where all listings can be seen in a format similar to the 3 listed on the main page only larger (page width) 4 Format twitter section to look better - maybe use different widget?? 5 Figure out how to add picture and contact info to page of individual listing; also make contact section look better on that page. ? See? [login to view URL] for example 6 Add selected photos so selected sections of website (may require some Photoshop size conversion) 7 Any way to make the 'property features' function not automatically alphabetize? 8 The pages in the 'about us' section currently have some testimonials on them through a fixed text widget. ? Would it be possible to make these testimonials random and have a data bank of different testimonials that it pulls from? 9 Figure out how to have a request more info box in both the sidebar and listing sidebar - Format request more info box in sidebar form 10 Fix indenting in text on all paragraphs that aren't the first 11 Make parts of Buildium (Cloud software; [login to view URL];)(will explain later) I hope this wasn't too much information. ?
