website design for sports bar/wordpress template

Need to update website to new look site to be updated: <[login to view URL]> here is sample site client likes and would like his site to be like <[login to view URL]> NOTE: If you have a different web design idea we are open to seeing new ideas. The site is running on latest wordpress. should include following tabs and sub tabs as sample website From this sample site the client likes the general position of the items/ the template. Client likes the scrolling picture Client likes the social media buttons/ facebook/ twitter/ Client likes the scrolling espn ticker near bottom of page. Basically client wants his site to **ALMOST be a mirror of this site**, but **NOT AN EXACT COPY** Design should allow admin user to go into wordpress and change information on site or pages at any time. Redo current logo to fit/integrate with new design. Pick graphics/photo from current website to use in design. I want to see 1 template sample, i will pick bid winner from sample. You provide the template in zip file. I should be able to upload into wordpress and activate theme. You provide all instructions for installation in text file, and I will do the installation. Once I pick design I will work with developer to make visually changes per clients request. This means you will provide some support until customer is happy with site.
