Web Development with PHP & MySQL

I am a graphic designer and I am creating a web site that needs? to have a? directory along with a database where companies can create an account on my site, login and post a message or picture. The database should allow the person to chose from a list of cities in the US and post their message/pictures in that cities directory. So that when a user comes to the page, they can click that city and view all the messages/pictures that are displayed from all businesses posting messages in that particular city. Since I am a graphic designer I will be taking care of all of the design part, including css. I need someone to build me a database that matches my needs and can show me how it works, and help me upload it to the server. I know this sounds very general, so if you do have questions please ask me before placing your bid. To give an example, the setup would be similar to Craigslist, just not the design and also it would need a few more options. Please send me a message with any questions!
