I have a script that I run that spiders online job boards. I have customers who need the script customized for their searches. The script is all set up and works. I need to have a simple web interface created that allows me to create new directories for each new customer, and set up the script to run in that directory. There will also be some editing of variables in a PHP file, but nothing too serious.
The web interface needs to:
1) Let me create the directory and specify the directory name
2) Transfer 3 files into that directory
3) Open script file and allow for me to edit search variables specified in the script. The search variables are:
Geotarget
Distance from Geotarget
Salary
Sort by relevance or date
Keywords in job title
Keywords in company name
Keywords in description - Must contain any
Keywords in description - Must contain all
Negative keywords - (jobs to exclude)
All for recruiters or no recruiters (default should be no recruiters)
I won't need to utilize all variables, so there should be an ability to select just the variables I need to customize for that customer.
4) Save file in the newly created directory and save file with a filename that is similar to the directory name.
5) Chmod directory to a specified number.
6) Once the script is edited and the directory is created, I currently go in and manually set up a cron job to run the script through my webhost. If there is a way to easily set this up through the web interface, I would like to do that. But I'm really trying to keep costs down, so if adds significantly to the cost, let's skip it. If we can do it, I also want to see a list of all other cron jobs set up, so I can space them out and not run everything at one time.
