Need a coder familiar with the DICOM standard as it relates to medical imaging

Galaxy Medical Imaging is looking to provide an online service to the medical community relating to the transfer of medical images. It is important that the coder is familiar with the DICOM standard inherent to medical imaging. It would also be beneficial it the coder was a least somewhat familiar with privacy issues as they are defined and mandated by HIPAA.
