Modifying Site Template and Programming

I need some to redesign and reprogram this sites - Fightzilla. Most of the work will design and adjusting the php and html coding. **I NEED both, if you are a designer with no programming expertise DO NOT bid on this project. ** **FIGHTZILLA** For fightzilla - I want the site to look similar to this site nothingtoxic.com. It will involve move a lot of the boxes around. The underlying CMS should stay the same. The reason why the system is designed to be able to upload videos to multiple mini sites from an admin panel, so replacing the CMS is not advisable. The CMS is a system called babelogger v2 but it has been modified. In addition I need you to fix the upload feature and the comment feature on the website. I would also like to add a download button so people can download the video as a file. After you have modified that I want you to modified 12 other sites based on the same template as fightzilla I also need you to setup an article management script and revise the template
