Embed Lead Capture Page Within Wordpress Site

Need to add a lead capture page to a beta wordpress site. The lead capture page is already created and laid out in html file created in Frontpage. You can preview the page at [login to view URL] The wordpress theme allows full page widith but I want to keep the current format of the page and not have it overwritten by the current CSS style sheet. I want the page to be added using the full page width option so there are no menus to the left or right of the page It needs to be added to the 'FREE Videos page' on the beta site that I've already created.
