Classified Upgrade

Hello i have this classified page [login to view URL] but its a very old script that i mod for my needs, i want to upgrade for something much better, but have no time to search what scripts (free or comercial) are best, so i need you to find me the best solution, installed for me with custom logo.? im looking the following features: custom fields for each category video, flash, support pay and free ads among other this is in spanish, so if you talk it, better.
