I'm looking for a project management angel. Can you be my solution? Ideal candidate is an advanced Perl or C programmer with Project Management experience, willing to take the lead and beat my past experience with this project, concepts and functional demo code into shape. Your responsibilities for this project will be to develop a comprehensive specifications document, complete with UML diagrams as needed. I've got some nicely commented functional framework code (available by request) and a rough outline of the project components - see [login to view URL] I think I also have a good idea about how the program should act, operationally, but I'll need your help to make suggestions and write the correct programming terms. Please note that this script depends on and makes many function calls to the Net::OSCAR library - you will need to get very familiar with certain basic elements of Net::OSCAR. Full documentation is available at [login to view URL] If this project is a success, I'll hire a programmer(s) to complete the job on RAC. Hopefully we can keep working together! I estimate this to be one week of full-time work, spread out over two weeks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete specifications document.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Wiki on my server, available for a team to use as an outline to finish development. You can see an example of a small project page I recently completed with help from iConsultant at [login to view URL]
