Multi User Blog Site similar in full functionality and feel to: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The main functionalities: - Read/create RSS feeds. - Create/Manage weblogs. - Manage user accounts. - Search RSS feeds from news groups, etc. - User can post pictures on his blog - Email subscription - Administrator pages (including user reports exportable in comma delimeated files) - templates changable by user, 7 templates to be provided by programmer - Must be EASY to manage and update by administrator - Must be user friendly - Programming must be fully documented -When signing up, blogger must copy random graphic (jpg) letters to ensure blogger is a live person, and must be verified via email. - System should actively work to prevent spam. - Programmer to create / develop site "feel" including backgrounds, content placement, etc with myself - Site must reserve space for advertising feeds (eg google, etc) on left and right side and be able to display site icon at top. -Programmer will upload his programming to my site an ensure functionality.
