179074 Job/Resume Site

I am looking to create a simple resume bank. The goal it to have job seekers post their resumes and have employers pay to search resumes. It is going to be for Hotels and Restaurants. It is an easy project. It will have 2 ways of posting your resume. 1. Choose from a couple of drop down menus and copy and paste your resume. 2. Create a resume from a step by step form. (Layout will be like a job application). It will need to have the ability to import resumes from another site. The resume formats will be the same. I am open to adding some extras to it so I want you to make your suggestions as to what other features you would suggest that it has. Please note as with all of my projects I will not pay until it is delivered.
