Hello, Please let me know where to send my profile... I have been developing since 1995, and since then, have come across a lot of issues/up-gradations/enhancements and successfully implemented them. Managing the urgency for the clients, in any timezone is the best aspect i have managed. My main development technology since then is VB, ASP, /.Net, C#, SQL Server/Oracle. Changing the code in a way to adhere to the current coding standards of the app/website is must, to better handle the handover/transfer/understand task to other developers.
