Business Directory - Phase One

Afro Whispers Website – Phase One Only The site will be a very big site but we are starting off with a very small project. Ideally the winning bidder will do the changes to follow. Although this posted job is only Phase One of the project, I feel it is important that I tell you about all or most of the feature we want to add later prior to you bidding to ensure that it is something you will want and be able to do. Phase One Business Directory Section Setup of phpMyDirectory - This is a piece of software I purchased. 1) Install and Configure PHP My Directory 2) Add Booking Form System Integration 3) I will need to add a feature which allows me to the following in the directory I (Super Administrator) can log into phpMyDirectory and switch on or off a feature where Account holders can either select to get booking from their site / section or not. I need to be able to add this to a type of account of my choice. E.g. This feature can be available for Silver and Gold users but not bronze and free Account Holders, but I need to be able to decide which accounts will have this feature. Also the Gold and Silver Account holders can switch this feature on and off as they please. The Account holder will need to be able to add availability and when these slots are booked it will blank itself out to show the customer that date and time is unavailable. The Account holder can make the slot available again if they want in case there is a cancellation. They should be notified by email of any bookings and changes. 4) Include a distant calculation feature So users can search for a service by entering their postcode, the service type that they want and the system finds a match and displays it by distance. 5) Website Design including phpMyDirectory design and Logo Please find attached a file of what you will hopefully be developing aftr Phase One is completed.
