Simple MySQL Table Value Updates

Using jQuery vertical tabs, represent each of my tables on a tab of its own. On the tabs, each row is editable by clicking on the left value which triggers a modal window. Once the modal window is closed, the table of values should update and refresh AND the user should remain on that tab. I've attached two files that show how this has been done. I need you to add the rest of my tables correctly so they can easily be edited from the one page html/php interface.
