PrestaShop 1.5 new module

I need someone skilled with PrestaShop 1.5, PHP and MySQL to make a new module or a mod to the existing "cart rule" core module. This new module is about setting advanced cart rules (auto discount voucher codes). There is already a core module that does that but it is incomplete. The requirements are as follows: 1) The module has to be configured in the back office. 2) I want to switch on or off the feature to automatically create a voucher code when a new order is created. See image 1. 3) If the feature is enabled, then two list boxes appear, where I can select one or more categories. The voucher will be automatically created if, and only if, a customer makes an order that include items for the selected categories. See image 2. In the example I have selected only Category 2, meaning that a new discount voucher will be created only if the order contains items belonging to the Category 2. 4) If the feature is enabled, I want to set a discount percentage for the voucher. See image 3. 5) If the feature is enabled, I want to set a maximum number of items for the discount. See image 4. Setting this value, after the maximum quantity is reached in the order, the discount in not applied to the **remaining items**, and they are priced regularly. For example, consider the case where I set a 50% auto-discount voucher for Category 2 then I set a **maximum quantity** limit to 6 items for that voucher (see image 5). Then if a customer makes an order of 8 items of Category 2 in the cart, and each item costs 10$, the total he has to pay is: 6 * 10 / 2 + 2 * 10 = 50. That is: the customer pays 6 items discounted at 50% and the remaining 2 items at full price. 6) If the feature is enabled, I want to set the voucher duration in days, that is how many days from the order date should the voucher be valid.
