Game Logic Definitions: This game is based on the popular game monopoly and the casino game craps. There will NOT be any real money involved actual play. It is for educational purposes. Programmer is *required to setup a test site* where we can monitor the progress of the project. We will upload the milestone payment as soon as a bid is selected. Time is of utmost importance. We need this ASAP. We hired someone else who completely flaked out on us and our project is time sensitive. Most squares have an identical function but different values on the board. Each player will need two accounts which keep a tally of funds that they acquire during the game. This will require NO graphics production as we have a graphics person. We just need someone to work with the Graphics person to produce the background coding. Attached is a photo of the game layout and a file containing the details of the game play.
