Making a simple form work + Backend Logic

Here is exactly what is needed: I will provide you a HTML page with a short form on it and a thank-you page. Users will fill the form and once they hit submit the users will be redirected to the thankyou page. At the backend these are the things you need to do: 1) Put the form data in the DB. 2) Send a thank-you email to the email address provided using mandrill. [login to view URL] .. I will provide logins to my account you need to use it to send emails. I'll provide you the email text. 3) I will provide you with a list of ZIP Codes you will add that to a table in the DB. You need to compare the ZIP code entered by the user with the ZIP code list provided and check if you get a match. If you get a match you do the next thing. If it does not match do nothing. 4) If the ZIP code provided by the user matches the one in the list I provided you do the following 2 things: - First you add the contact info of person via api to pipedrive. [login to view URL] .. use function "POST Add a person/persons" - Second you need to add a deal for that person. I'll provide the static values to fill alongside when creating the deal. Use the function "POST Add a deal/deals" That is it. Essentially if a lead is a valid lead we will work on it ourselves inside of Pipedrive. If its not valid we will do nothing. This projects needs no design work. All you need to be good at is PHP and MySQL... its not hard. This is a pretty simple straight forward project. I NEED this to be done within 24 hours.
