I'm looking to create a fully featured hosted application that eventually can be scaled to multiple organisations so they can have their own accounts. Initially we need to look at the website design itself and then build the backend to support it. This I would say would be a main template which will flow throughout the site with menus changing depending on the area of the site the user is in. Website design needs to be failry funky and modern but user friendly at the same time. The website should be PHP and should be standards compliant and cleanly coded.
