Since updating from Magento 1.5.1 to 1.6.1 automated emails with shipment details used to include the tracking number, but now this is not included in the email that is sent. The tracking number, which is sent to Magento from our shipping software [login to view URL], is being saved with the shipment details in our Magento database, but does not appear on the email that is sent since the update to 1.6.1. We need the tracking number to be included on the email that is generated. Also, we had the product alert box removed from product pages in the past, we would like this added back. We would like the product stock alert back on the product page, so that customers can be notified when products are back in stock. Our site is live and great care must be taken to minimize downtime. Hello, I would be happy to help you get your email message fixed and add the stock alert back to your product page. My guess is that the email changed during your upgrade because the standard was modified by whoever did it previously instead of properly creating a custom version... this would have been overwritten then by the standard when you upgraded.
