Magento extension that will modify products page markup

I need an experienced magento developer to create an extension that will modify the products page markup. The extension will work like this: - after installation, when in catalog | manage products | add or edit product, a new menu item will be added to the left menu - when i click on it, a form shows up with around 20 input text, some of them will be pre populated with values from database. - once i click on save, if i go to the product page, special tags will show only on source code. - i also need a settings page for the extension, where i can manage if i display a field or not, and if i want it to be prepopulated or not.
