PHP License Protection

I am looking for a script that allows to protect our php application and allows distribution to end-user. license protection must run on linux webserver (license key server) It must allow to rise: monhtly, quarterly, halve yearly and yearly license. - when a license expire the protected script must be blocked to run. - must have a way to suspend an license for a domain or IP - allow to manage customers details (name e-mail address city) - active license for s specific domain name and/or IP address The license process should run in a similar way: afhter an user purchase the script (Billing system NOT needed here) we can activate a license in a control panel where we add the user and domain name or IP address to license. End User can install the script and will ask an activation code. The script will connect remotely and if it find the user/license in the licens server it will activate and allow to run the script. scritp should check once a day if license is valide. if not, script must be disable. script should be able open to integrated in our own billing system as i am looking to use it to bill with our system an instatly active the user in the license system.( also for recurring payments) Note: Source code becomes our intelectual property and cannot be sold to anyone else.
