Wordpress Custom gallery and other edits

I have a worpdress site set up that is using this theme: [login to view URL] I already did most of the css and template edits for my site. I have it looking the way I want. Here is what I need done: 1) on the about us page I currently have a static image that is showing the content of the page. This static image has text and multiple images on it. I need you to keep the same exact look and convert it to text / html so it can be edited through the wordpress admin editor. 2) Same as above for the services page. Need it converted to text / html. As a user rolls over the services text a big image on the right side of the page will need to change. This page will also have a subnavigation with 4 links. I need you to implement the subnav on all of 4 of the services pages. Should be styled the same as it is on my site now. The other services pages will also have the big image on the right and change on rollover of the services text. 3) The portolio needs to be a gallery with a specific flow. When the user clicks portfolio on the nav they can choose from 2 albums. Then the user can choose from sub-albums. Then the use is shown the gallery. A big image with thumbnail images underneath. The big image needs to be replaced on rollover. All styling should remain the same as they are currently displayed on my site. Also, once a user is on the final page of the gallery there is a “Project profile” button that will link to a specific pdf. The pdf will be different for different galleries.
