This is a system which has to follow certain steps, send e-mails, confirm e-mail receipt, track changes, update dates, integrate electronic signature, facilitate messaging, online meetingsIphone, Ipad app required 100% web enabled SQL integration; active templates and data comparison capabilitiesPages already designed, input welcomed to improve capabilities; Fully customizable automated emails, Including follow up e-mails unlimited number of users, with different grades of access and views security requirements to be advised by developers;[login to view URL] this might give you an idea IMPORTANT: -qualified developers only;-confidentiality agreement must be signed-Full time available developers required full attention for the duration of the software development -The software has 4 independent parts and payments and time requirements are as follow:1-Week 1- part 1 of software $ 800 paid once the software works as agreed/expected (Daily you will send some parts of the software for checking/verification, follow-up)2-Week 2- part 2 of software $ 800- paid once the software works as agreed/expected(Daily you will send some parts of the software for checking/verification, follow-up)3-Week 3- part 3 of software $ 800- paid once the software works as agreed/expected (Daily you will send some parts of the software for checking/verification, follow-up)4-Week 4- part 4 of software $ 800- paid once the software works as agreed/expected (Daily you will send some parts of the software for checking/verification, follow-up)5-payment of $1,000 for finishing the entire software in half time than estimated for each part there is a Power Point presentation for each portion of the project, including an excel document will show sequences The project has few more modules which will be added later, so whoever starts working on this project, if performing, will continue developing the software for a long timetargeted starting date: Monday, June 25th
