PHP Site - Site Stopped Sending Emails to Users

We have a site already running and it is a PHP site with MySQL database. Everything was working until the past few weeks. There is a Message Board and the users can post messages on the board. Everyone that is "subscribed" in the database should get the email of the post and also the comments to those posts. But, now no one is getting any emails. What needs to be fixed is: 1) Fix message board code to send out emails to people that are "subscribed" to get the message or comments. 2) When the message or comment is posted - a message will be displayed verifying the message posted and the following users that are "subscribed" will get the message or comments. Somewhere the users first and last name should appear in a nice and clean display (example): The following will receive this comment: Yoland Ball Tom Small Mary Smith Marcus Smith Randy Zippa This needs to be fixed ASAP and is a very small job so please don't over bid on the project. We will NOT give out our Godaddy database user name and password. So you need to work on the files - and we will upload to our server to verify they work before payment is finalized. Good luck.
