PHP5.X/MYSQL5.X QUERY DATABASE SEARCH FROM WEB FORM

Highly-rated, high-competent provider wanted for the following project: Write a search query to query two columns of data (item id and product title) from a single table in a MySQL 5.x database. The input will be an input field from a website, which will collect user entered keywords. Please see [login to view URL] for the current input field used. The SQL query should look for an exact match of the keyword against the item id column and a partial match (*keyword*) in the product title column. The output page should be based on the code provided in [login to view URL], if there are hits. If there isn’t any hits then an error message and the search box should be returned within the same [login to view URL] template.
