PHP,MySQL,CSS,Apache, Red Hat Linux Ecommerce Site

I need a web site designed and up and running on servers by the deadline Monday 1/15/06 at the latest. It will be designed using PHP 4 or 5 and CSS for the front end, and MySQL for the backend database. The site will use Apache or Plesk for the Control Environment. And the OS used will probably be a version of Linux, possibly Red Hat. The web site must be designed from scratch. I'm not interested in designs and pre-written code that you can get from a web programming book or fully reused code that you wrote for someone else. Also, all code must be documented wellso that it can be maintained easily! I want someone who really knows what they are doing and who has experience in this area. The features of the web site will be a login system, user registration, book trading section, a hot or not picture rating section, a ratings system for book and professors, a news feature similar to [login to view URL], a ticket resale feature, a shopping cart, and basic social networking section that includes people's profiles, info and pics. Also, a payment system such as paypal pro must be integrated by you. I need an experienced programmer who is familiar with advanced web security, and who has extensive experience in programming for ecommerce applications. I'd imagine that the basics of this site could be completed in 3-4 days if you really know what your doing. I will also give a $100 bonus to you if you can set it up on the web server for me and make sure it's secure. I am a programmer and could design this site myself, but I don't have the time right now. The reason for this is to reduce tinkering that I will have to do with the source code if I want to modify any of the settings or features of the site. Thanks.
