Online store (Open Cart)

I have an open cart online store already. However, I don't like the way it function, the theme and design used. I have built the website but faced some problems and end up with poor quality online store. Now I want someone to make all the changes required to make this online store very professional and attractive. Starting from theme and design, up to the functionality and reliability. All the changes required to make this online store professional should be taken. Open cart is already up loaded and installed but not sure if I made a mistake here or there so everything should be double checked again. The website should be in three languages, English, Arabic, and French. However, All the strings that need to be translated to Arabic and French will be provided to you. All you need to do is to send me a txt file contain all the strings that need to be translated, starting from labels up to the messages and help explanations, and I will do the translations and send you the translated strings. When the website is in Arabic mode everything should shift from left to right and from right to left. i.e labels, fields, menus, pictures etc positions.
