XML/Feed Sender Software

We are an E Commerce company that have specialized business sites ranging from online stores, electronic recycling sites, B2B marketplace sites, etc. Recently we need someone who experienced making a XML software. Job Description: Send the XML file from user input file (CSV file) to designed website (for example: feedburner) then make a Result Report in csv Job/bot requirements: 1. Multi thread 2. Able to use proxy (also can test the proxy before that if applicable) 3. Able to integrate with third pary API captcha solver ([login to view URL]) 4. Stable and fast (need very stable and fast bot!) Example logic: 1. Go to feedburner then sign in 2. Input the feed/xml url then click "next" 3. Click "All Done" & make Result Report Anyone interested, answer this question : 1.
