Vtigercrm 5.1 + java-softphone

We are looking for someone to integrate VtigerCRM and asterisk by making a java based softphone that would be loaded as part of Vtiger. The softphone would connect to the local user's soundcard for audio input and output and would display a popup inside vtiger when a call comes into asterisk, showing the caller's account information if it exists and if not, would prompt the user to create a new account/contact. The softphone would also manage outgoing calls for the user. every phone number would be a link that upon clicking, the softphone would dial. the Vtiger 5.1.0 beta already has a lot of this functionality. We are mainly looking for someone to write a vtiger module that would provide a java-based softphone. I have seen a similar integration with [login to view URL] crm and cisco's pbx. the softphone needs to support SIP, STUN support, Multilanguage support (chinese, japanese and english), Blind call transfer, attended transfer, Hold function, mute function, Outband DTMF tones sending, login queue buttion, logoff queue button
