Editing and Upgrading an existing website about Gadgets

Hi, 1. Coding the website the right way I have a young website called [login to view URL] the programmers did the basics of the website, everything works fine there are some small bugs but they are getting fixed very soon. I now want to update the website with some more experienced one who can write better codes and make the website more interactive. The small things that really bug me is that the website is displayed in 3 different parts (Subject > Category > Brand) The only thing that bugs me is that these 3 parts don't work together. Simply because the website is not coded to work like how i want to. For example i post my articles in cutenews. In Cutenews i have only the option to assign an article to a category, and i can also add and create new categories. Than when i want to display it on the website it isn't automatically created on the left panel of the website (Category and beneath Brand) for that i have to log in the Admin panel and write the name of a category and than add the ID of cutenews so it will display only those Categories. Than i also have a second part where i can create and add Brands. When i want to do that i again have to give an ID of a category, but a Brand is not a category ID. So the problem is when i create a Brand like Samsung and category is Smartphones. And when you press on Brand Smartphones it will redirect to the Category smartphones : meaning it will not filter out the other smartphones. So actually the whole Subject, Category and Brands is not working! Someone has to write codes that this will work together and filter the right things out when pressed on. I will explain this more in details if needed. 2. Bookmarking and Sharing content When you go to [login to view URL] and you press read full article i want to have it at the bottom of an article the same features like many websites has to share this article on facebook, Tweet the article on twitter or even thumb it up. The website should be more interactive. For example see [login to view URL] Under the article you can see the options. 3. Small Upgrades in Cutenews Also when articles are posted and point 1. in this message is fixed it is easily to also show the same features beneath an article with options to go to an other article under the same brand or category Or simply go to the next article or the article before. For example see the bottom of this article (Recommended related article) (Next article, Previous Article) : [login to view URL] Also an option to add Tags in cutenews would be a lot easier to search for the right article, Tags should also be displayed on the very bottom of an article 4. Small and Easy Search option a small Search option would be a lot easier to let people find easily the right articles. I have 2 other projects opened at the moment 1. SEO and Linkbuilding 2. a Whole Re-Design of the website So the point is to Synchronize these other 2 projects for bidding, and than hire 3 Freelancers 1. Designer 1. SEO professional and 1 Skilled Programmer (This post) To work together, So my point is that we all 4 need to be willing to cooperate with each other else its useless hiring someone who can't. Trough skype we can all discuss more about the website. I know this project isn't so big, with the right and skilled programmer it should be really simple and wouldn't take very long to complete it.
