Desktop Macro with Captcha recognizing

The issue: I have a list of numbers (like ID) that I need to validate. Today I have to access a government website and fill out number by number, post the form that has a captcha, and then check the response page. Software ideia: 1) get the number ID from a queue through a REST webservice (provided by us) if there is any number in queue, then: 2) fill the form using the number got in step 1 > break the captcha (OCR) and post the form 3) extract the html response page from step 2 and PUT it using a REST webservice provided by us. The government website: [login to view URL] The number obtained from API (step 1) will be filled on first TEXT INPUT (identified by "Índice Cadastral") I think should be a desktop software due to need handle session data, as a browser client.
