Prestashop Modules (quantity 2) : Need Fully Customized and Dynamic(db centric) Module

hello i need two pretashop module. one for recurring billing which has to be customized as per my requirement. database is needed to keep record. Customers will see some customized options depending on their ordered product. Recurring Billing Reports, Invoice must be generated in pdf and sent to customer’s email automatically. Their will be option for .Administrator must need permission to give discount. second module is a Contract of Service form ( needed to be customized as per my need ). This form is one of the steps while my customer’s activity in their shopping cart. And it must be editable by administrators. database is a must in this module too. We will provide a sample of the Contract of Service Form. You have to add that Customized Form into our existing Cart and Store Data of that form into database.
