Simple 2checkout dynamic button

I need a 2checkout order button created that has a dynamic price and a dynamic "return after purchase" link. The page the button will be going on will already present a {value}. This value must become the price of the product, and be placed onto the return URL. i.e. [login to view URL]{value} That's it. A fast and simple project, 1 minutes work for someone familiar with 2checkout payments.
