After reading your description I feel that I am up to the task of creating the website which you are asking for. I have created many login and registration systems which are very secure before now but never for another person, admittedly. I feel that this is a great start for my portfolio as it is what I would consider a task which is not exactly the most difficult but is one which is going to take a few days to complete. The reason I have recommended that it take 7 days (it could well be shorter) is that I would need to interact with yourself to get all of your requirements for the website in a detailed brief. I would then go away and create a wire frame for your website, a basic run down of what it will look like, page for page, and see whether you think it is an adequate way of presenting the information which you desire to be on the site. From this we will work together to create the site which you want and we will spend the last day of working on the site talking over any final details which you may want adding/removing, I will show you through the website and also taking it live. Creating login systems is something I've been always doing. You staff will be able to contact each other, and sorting out pay slips will be easy to do. DJs and training will have their place too.
