Modify an Open Chat Script for my Live Streaming Page - repost

Hi. I currently have a flash live streaming page for radio or video, using my own designed flash player and optional have JWP flash player too, but the JWP doesn't have a custom chat that my own flash player has. I would like to use the same one for both., or even better, get rid of my custom one and start using only the JWP one, but with the inclusion of the chat i have for my custom player one, including the 2-3 basic functionality currently have. Functionalists are: 1. Banning / Unbanning by IP address (and if possible add another way of it, if possible) 2. Get from Mysql server the country related to the users IP address location. ( currently i use ip2location DB ) 3. Display the country initials for the user IP address near the name and date rightside of each comment the user made. the initials are in the same DB on mysql server. 4. Enhance the chat, so it cannot be use it to create or open other rooms dynamically out of a list it will be on the MySql DB, so that way the chat script wont be use it from spammers etc to get the chat funcionality open wide. 5. Modify script to have an administrator password for each of the room names, so one admin. from another room, wont be able to ban/unban an IP not belonging to its room., BUT i also need to have a global administrator password for my self, in case of. 6. Enhance the chat script so it can include and manage all this from the panel: Add/Delete/Edit functionality s 7. Reserved in case of need. 8. Reserved in case of need.
