Change New Post Wordpress custom fields

Change Wordpress custom fields I am in need of someone to make a change in the panel of publishing new posts, I need some custom fields remain fixed in the administration of new posts! example when I publish a new post custom fields already set in the panel new post. I need options too like a drop in already established and other options where I include information typing.
