Wordpress Theme - File Manager style

I require a wordpress theme designing and creating. This theme should be along the lines of the cpanel file manager or Google docs file manager interface. It will show the WP categories as folders down the left hand side of the interface, and then the posts as 'files' on the right hand panel. The file listing should show the following fields or custom fields in the columns: Post title - this will also link to the fill post Download - could be an icon, the link on this icon would be to a uploaded file - kept in a custom field Last edited date Post author File type icon - pdf, ms word, image etc. There should be a bar along the top with buttons for New document, new category and a search field. Please see attached screenshot for the style of interface i am looking for. I need the theme to look very clean and professional, no graphic design gimmicks, just simple, clean and modern design. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform This should work on Wordpress 3.x
