PHP Script Creation

This is a short description of what I need. Please review the attachment for more details, glossary and description of the website. You must read completely and only bid a price once you fully understand the need. Your time to deliver must be accurate and on time. There are two sides of this website. Side 1 - This side is a Wordpress front end for the website that allows me total content control and the site interface works well with all devices. This is not the PHP scripted side we will be working on. Side 2 - This side is a PHP script for the other side of things and is a separate script than the Wordpress side. The login script of the Wordpress delivers the registered user to the PHP scripted site, you will see this when you login as a user. It will go from the normal [login to view URL] or something like that to; [login to view URL] etc.... I want to explore the price and time to complete this new module/feature. I want to replicate the current feature of the 8 week program, allowing me the ability to shorten or lengthen the time period by weeks. Example; move to 6 weeks of programming or maybe go to 10 weeks if I wanted to. So, I want to duplicate the current script for an 8 Week Program, allowing me to add multiple programs, assign them to registered users and allow managers to assign the programs to users. This feature that allows coaches to assign the current week to users and not allow advance access to Lesson Plans (weekly) other than the current and any past Lesson Plans that have been accessed by the user. Note: the user can see current and past weeks of Lesson Plans within the Program, but not jump ahead and read or see other material that has not yet been covered. There is currently a cutoff or time frame that the script sets the current week from. I believe it begins on Wednesday, so if the user joins on or after Tuesday of the current week, they are rolled forward to the coming new Lesson Plan that will begin on Saturday. All users get access to the new Lesson Plan on Saturday at 12:00 am Central Time Zone. This "roll forward" simply gives the user an additional 3 days to read over the material and review as they wish. Anyone joining the program before Tuesday is set to the past Lesson Plan that began on the Saturday 12:00 am Central Time Zone before that Tuesday.
