Newsletter Composer Tool

I need a tool that is capable of building an electronic newsletter The input or the emails that are going in will need to be extracted from 1. Microsoft Outlook 2. Apple (from my iPhone) The process will be 1. We build a campaign (NB for each campaign it will be in 3 languages) 2. We can add a customised header with images 3. We can add a customised footer with images 4. It remembers the candidates (the email addresses) for each campaign 5. It gives me delivery reports for emails successfully sent or successfully received... The output will be 1. In the form of an electronic newsletter that must be viewable in all of the major email clients 2. Summary will post to our website 3. Summary will post to Facebook (with an image) and to Twitter (without image) and to Tumblr (with image) Need someone with PREVIOUS DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE so please write the letters (in capitals) PDE at the VERY beginning of your reply - any automated replies will be ignored.
