Need a website that is primarily in Flash. It has an opening page asking for date of birth. I want an interactive map of the United States. When Click on a state, it zooms in on the state and breaks the state up into county. Once it zooms into county I would like it to have different polls available in each county. The polls will be consistently changing so I would have to be able to alter the site. Whatever is decided in the poll will need to be collected in a CSV or the most managable way.
