SPA HAMMAM website

Hello, I need a complete website and some SEO for an spa/hammam insitute. The requirements : about 10 pages Home - Services - Contact - Partners - Gallery (virtual visit) Service section pages' should contains about 5-6 under pages like Massages - hammam - Body Care - PAGE4... /| /| /| /| -massage formula 1 -Hammam formula 1 -massage formula 2 -HAmmam formala 2 -massage formula 3 - and so on ...etc I can add that I accept also Joomla sites BUT it should be very well optimized for SEO and animations integration must be simple, because I will have to update some informations from time to time. We need some flash animations, but not an entire site flash-based in order to make easy optimization pages & key words strategies for good positions on google. About gallery, a 360° could be used as well as pictures classic gallery. It concern an asian style spa hammam in creation.
