Small Flash Banner

We have the need for a simple Flash banner project. This will not be an application, just a simple header that will be placed at the top of a web site. The only issue that we have is that we do not have the source images for the header, only an animated .gif file, so there will have to be some photoshopping of the image prior to making the flash. We will attach all the files we have so that you can see it. The banner will show an object moving from off screen left to off screen right. Then the object will move from off screen right to off screen left. During this animation the name of the site and the tag line will be displayed. We have a fairly good idea of what it will look like, but we are always happy to see your creativity. here is what we have: <[login to view URL]> Again, this is a very small project, but we expect it to only take a short amount of time, and we pay quick! Cheers! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
