Flash Video Player

Need experienced Flash Developer to create a custom Flash Video Player that can download and display thumbnail preview images and play Flash 8 SWF videos. The selected developer will be responsible for the Flash Player including any and all ActionScript required. We will complete the HTML page, JavaScript and provide the playlist. We will use Flash 8 to produce the SWF files. We want to allow viewers to quickly search through these items with thumbnail photos in the Flash player until they see something they like, then they can actually play the video for that item by pressing the Play Video button. Requirements The developer will use our preliminary drawing to create a custom Flash Video Player design. It will include a controller with: Previous & Next buttons; Play/Pause button (toggles); Progress indicator and scrubber (as seen in [login to view URL]); Current and total time clock (as seen in [login to view URL]); Speaker on/off toggle Sequential List (1,2,3,4,5...) showing the current relative position in the list The Flash Video Player will receive a playlist that lists the images and SWF video to display. The Flash Video Player will need to communicate status to JavaScript in the HTML Page. We will provide detailed design specifications before you begin the development. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
