295343 Flash and PHP contact form

This is really not a big project... more a help needed on a long lasting pb I cannot seem to get someone to solve....I bought a template and I am trying to get the Flash contact form to work..A mail is sent ok but the content of the Flash fields do not show in the email... This is probably a 5 minute job for anyone who knows Flash and PHP. You will find attached a text file containing the Flash Code I have and the PHP code that sends the mail ..Thanks in advance for anyone who would accept this small task...
