FLASH Personalized Christmas Card

Experienced, creative and artistic FLASH developer needed for Old Fashioned Themed Christmas Cards. See the attached FLASH Christmas card for inspiration! We need three similar cards developed in time for Christmas '02. The cards should also be developed in FLASH. Recipients of the card should not have to download any software to view the card. IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ ALL THE BID INSTRUCTIONS/DELIVERABLES AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING!! Each card needs to be individually personalized before being sent to each of multiple recipients. The attached sample card says "To: You". We need our cards to start in an envelope with: - four FROM: lines (approx. 20 char each) - four TO: lines (approx. 20 char each) At the end of the display the FROM/TO text, a 200 character area for a short personal message to display plus a small picture (GIF/JPG). All of the above components must be customizable on each card for each recipient. If special software is required for the customization please describe this in your bid. The 1st line of the FROM and 1st line of the TO should also appear as part of the subsequent display. Each card must be a single executable. The exe must not be more than 500K. It must be emailable such that the recipient simply double clicks on the attachment and it begins it's display. The Christmas theme in the cards should be old fashioned americana. OPTIONAL: (please note whether you can accomodate these in your bid) - short sound recording to be added to play at the end of the display ## Deliverables 1) In your bid, please describe your approach to personalizing each card before sending. Also, please provide sample(s) of your original FLASH work. 2) within 14 days of winning the bid you will provide 6-8 full colour mocked up concepts (from which we will choose 3 to develop cards from). If necessary, bidder will provide additional mock up concepts as required by the buyer. 3) within 14 days from step 2 you will provide detailed full colour 100% size story boards (ie: one story board for each event in the display) for the 3 choosen cards. Bidder will make revisions as required by the buyer. 4) within 14 days from step 3 you will provide the fully functional, thoroughly tested, FLASH code, all graphic files and executable files. (note: everything must be finished only a month and a half from being awarded the project! Please be sure you can meet this schedule!!) ## Platform WINTEL ## Deadline information Bidder must certify that all artwork is original does not include graphics that are copyrighted. The buyer retains full ownership and copyrights to all original artwork (both electronic and physical forms), FLASH source, and any other components developed for this project. Bidder (artist) may display their signature in the bottom right footer of the card. The signature may be hyperlinked to their personal homepage if desired.
