3D flash based file browser for windows

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND FEEDBACK final description will be accompanied with an AVI movie. 3D interface which will read from file a list generated by another applet , and show it as a 3D shaded 'tree' generated procedurally , in which each 'branch' represents a directory and in which the width of each 'branch' is relative to the amount of megabytes in ALL its subdirectories. other representations of computer data will be done in the same manner - files will be textured on to the surface as icons. 'tree' will allow browsing with pan, 3d spin, zoom and clicking on a branch will cause the 'directory branches' above it to disappear , tree will then morph in 3D to accommodate the whole window area for better viewing. Also I would like an estimate for a client which can generate a list of files on a windows computer which will include data for the previous applet (count the number of files and MB in all subdirectories of each directory) thanks for your time gentlemen..
