**Web shop with payment gateway** **Background:** We will soon launch a B2b Community. It will run on Windows 2003 and MS SQL 2005. Optimized for IE6+ but should work with most browsers. **What we need:** There are of course different options for a webshop. We will have access to a standard “cart?? (WHMCS) and would prefer to use that, but we are open for other alternatives. Also, the cart needs to be combined with a standard payment gateway accepting common credit cards. The web shop must be integrated with the db. A user that is logged in should have his name etc entered in the webshop automatically. But we also need to update the account status/access rights in the db automatically after the user has bought an item. There are two categories of users, free users and paying company members. Free users should be able to buy company membership (12 months at a time; in combination with any of the add-ons below). Company members should be able to buy: * Extension of company membership (12 months) * Access for additional company members for the same company. * Additional adverts (in packages of 5 ads) * Web hosting The solution should be based on widely used cart and gateway, with support for multiple languages and currencies. Also VAT depending on country. We plan to start with two languages and four currencies. (At the moment WHMCS only support one currency per license. A new version with support for multiple currencies is under way, and we may choose to start with one currency.) **The project:** As a first step (= this project) we would like advice/recommendations on options and a summary of what needs to be considered. Any option must be possible to integrate within a couple of weeks. Any coding/adaption will be done as a separate project. Final integration with the user database will be done together with another coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site will run on Windows 2003 and MS SQL 2005.
